In our testing, we found that traditional bottle shredders are almost unusable.

Bottleloom can easily achieve industrial-grade precision cutting.

Principle Demonstration：First, trim off one end of the bottle, ensuring the cutting edge is as neat as possible. Insert the trimmed edge into the gap of the BottleLoom, then pull it steadily. The hidden blade inside will slice the plastic bottle into uniform strips, which will emerge from the other end.

Finally, simply pull the thin strand that has already emerged from the other end. By continuously pulling, you can cut the plastic bottle into fine strips.

After becoming proficient, you can directly thread the wire.

Two ways to use：Because not everyone has a workshop at home, we designed two ways of using it. You can use it directly by hand, or you can install the fixing screws and hook it on the edge of the table to use it.

Three widths：Different plastic wire widths have different properties. We have designed three widths to choose from. The thinnest is only 2.0mm, and the widest is 7mm.

A large 1-liter bottle can be cut into filaments up to 22 meters (72.18 inches) long, which is almost as tall as a 7-story building.

High toughness：Most plastic bottle strips cut into thin strands possess considerable toughness and strength, making them functional as ropes under certain conditions. A single plastic strip can bear weights up to 30 kilograms (66 pounds), while multiple strands used together can even generate enough force to pull a small car.

Modular Design for Easy Replacement：The wear-prone components can be effortlessly replaced, and we’ve included 5 spare blades to significantly extend the product’s lifespan.

We give customers 5 blades, all of which are made of very good steel. We have tested and found that the service life of one blade is very long.
If you observe the structure, you will find that only a small part of the blade is used for cutting. If you are worried about the blade loss, you can move the blade and cut with a new blade. 1 blade can be used almost all the time.
